Yes, we direct bill most insurance companies, including ICBC, Great West Life, Blue Cross, Canada Life, MSP, and Medavie (RCMP and DND).

No, we do not have a contract with WorkSafeBC. If you would like to receive treatment at French Creek Physiotherapy as part of a WorkSafeBC claim, you can talk to you claim manager about paying upfront and being reimbursed.

You do not need a doctor’s referral to see a Physiotherapist, but you may need one to be reimbursed by your health benefits company.

Yes. Our rate for patients covered by MSP premium assistance is $50 for initial assessments (30 min) and $40 for follow up appointments (30 min). Call the clinic to check your eligibility.

I started with both Lindsay and Leif before French Creek started. As I moved away from "local", I never could quite find the help that they were. It's well worth the trip now from Port Alberni and really beyond. They've always been straightforward and honest with my progress and have always been there to help with the pain. Great physiotherapists and great people. Thanks as always!

I am so glad a friend recommended Leif at French Creek Physio! Besides the lovely location, pleasant staff and accommodating business hours, Leif is very knowledgeable and kind. I only required two sessions and while I hope I don't need his services regularly, I'd choose him again in a heartbeat!
