How do I book an appointment?
You can call our clinic at (250) 586-3145, email us at info@frenchcreekphysio.ca, or click on the Book Now button to book your appointment through Jane App.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we direct bill most insurance companies, including ICBC, Blue Cross, Canada Life, MSP, and Medavie (RCMP and DND).
Do you see WorkSafe patients?
No, we do not have a contract with WorkSafeBC. If you would like to receive treatment at French Creek Physiotherapy as part of a WorkSafeBC claim, you can talk to you claim manager about paying upfront and being reimbursed.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
You do not need a doctor’s referral to see a Physiotherapist, but you may need one to be reimbursed by your health benefits company.
Do you still bill MSP for patients on premium assistance?
Yes. Our out of pocket rate for patients covered by MSP premium assistance is $55 for initial assessments (30 min) and $45 for follow up appointments (30 min). Call the clinic to check your eligibility.
