You will notice that our therapists and staff will be wearing face coverings, our front desk will have a protective barrier, and our entire clinic will be fully sanitized multiple times throughout the day. Our staff will stay home if we are showing any symptoms related to COVID-19 as outlined by the BC Public Health Office. We have organized our space and our schedule to minimize the number of people in the clinic at any given time.

We will ask you to wear a face-covering the entire time you are in the clinic. Given this requirement, we will have disposable masks on hand and a selection of cloth masks available for sale. We will have multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the clinic and ask that you do your best to keep 6 feet from staff and other patients. We also require that anyone who has traveled or been in contact with someone who has traveled outside of Canada to please self-isolate for 14 days prior to attending an appointment.  You will be asked to complete a short online self-screening questionnaire 24 hours before each appointment. If you are showing any symptoms including fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath, we ask that you do not enter the clinic and contact us to reschedule. Any missed appointments due to COVID symptoms will not be subject to our missed appointment fees.

All of our COVID practices are based on guidance from the BC Centre for Disease Control, WorkSafeBC, and the College of Physiotherapists of BC. We will continue to follow any developments and change our practices based on their recommendations.
